Today is the last minutes of a WELL NEEDED few days off! Giving me time to build and strengthen my faith, and COURAGE. This month in July, I’ve made it a goal to doodle every day. It is believed “Doodling” can offer stress relief and improve our focus. I agree, but there are lots of other benefits attributed to doodling. The s-curve doodle above was relaxing. I ended up spending 3x longer drawing it, just to enjoy the relaxation benefits.
Time to draw: 60 min
Help Dealing With STUFF!
Makes Ya SMAT-AH (smarter)…
Well, Doodling can help me learn, this one is more of a guess.
To continue my Daily doodle goal this month…On July 2, I would try a “Tangle” style doodle. I started out with an optical illusion with squares… It was a total Fail… I didn’t even bother shading it.
Time to draw: 35 min
“My parameters are simple: draw what comes to mind. Focus on a feeling and doodle it out…No color, just black and white images. I want to also try to add a time limit of 20 minutes max (something new). No, this will not be Zentangle, or “Tangle” but some principles apply and I may do a few of my own patterns.”
