How Do We Build A Wellness Team If We Find Our Self Alone?

Words Of The Wisdomless:  “A keystone only works with a bunch of bricks – be the brick.” – Chato Stewart

Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is a progress. Working together is the success. –  Henry Ford

A cord of three strands is not quickly broken. – Solomon

How do we build a team if we find our self alone?

It could start with family and friends.  Adding on a few into our inner circle.  As trust and loyalty are earned, we build out the team.   Our team should include not just or family or friends but build into it a special team to include our doctors and trusted health providers.
Sometimes, we may need to take a leap-of-faith with some people, and at the time–they may let us down.  If we are being the best we can be and there is no teamwork, maybe that person is not right for our team.  Maybe time to kindly cut them from the team line-up.
A good team takes work.  We hear that a lot, right?  However, do we really hear what is being said?  I will say it again: a good team is made from a once bad team that through hard times the team battles, again and again, and fights–fought together to come out on top working together.
The takeaway, we might be the keystone in our own life, but to make a beautiful masonry arch or vault, we will need the help of some bricks!  Some of the team might be here just to stand on. Others on the team–will help hold us up.
Architecture – masonry – Keystone, and Teamwork, who knew!
