Can You Handle Rejection?

How do you handle rejection? We all want to be accepted on some level by someone or something. Accepted for our work. Accepted for our accomplishments. Accepted by society as a whole or maybe we just want to be accepted by one person or family member.  Acceptance by an employer, friend, lover, soulmate…and alike, being accepted feels good and can add some rich joy in our life.

On the other hand, rejection is part of life.  How we handle rejection can help us build our lives and future.  Or it can be an anchor stopping us from moving forward.

What is RejectoArachnoPhobia?

Mental Health Humor and psychological disorder humor and cartoons by Chato Stewart

Box: RejectoArachnoPhobia
Spider-Girl: Harry, I’m leaving you! He makes me laugh.
Caption: The Fear Of Being Rejected by a Spider

Chato Stewart Notes:

This post is all about the Mental Health Humor Cartoon. The rest is supplementary information that you can do more research on. The term RejectoArachoPhobia is a made up word meaning the fear of being rejected by a spider.
I made up the word by adding “reject” and the letter “o” the word “arachnophobia‘. Arachnophobia is the fear of spiders.

Being rejected is harsh, do you fear this? Not sure? why not take a quiz.

Chato Stewart’s ‘Score of 51-80%’

What it Means

Thank you for taking our Rejection Quiz!
You scored in the 51-80% range. What does this mean? This score indicates that you have considerable tendencies toward rejection and low self-esteem…

Okay, I must admit, I’m not surprised that I scored 51 to 80.  I think it’s a big margin gap  Where do you think you will fall when it comes to rejection?  Go take the quiz.

I took another online quiz to see how they differ. There are a few questions that did not make any sense to me or the value of these types of questions even being in the quiz.  Here they are:

You took this quiz because…
 duh! the answer
 see what it was like
 You now hate this quiz?
 u think
 uh it was alright?…
yes u absolutely suck at this!

Can you think of any reason why these questions would be on a REJECTION quiz?  Other than take up space?

Even though Mike Bundrant’s quiz said I’m “likely conflicted – even if mildly;” I’m not conflicted about liking his quiz.  It was simple with questions that were relatable.  I can’t speak for the science behind it, but if you think you can handle REJECTION and enjoy these types of quizzes, then this one Mike recommends should be on your list.
