Happy #WorldDiabetesDay

From 2011 until August 2017, my blood glucose ranged from 260’s at best to 400’s.  My worst A1c score came in at 11.2 about 6 months ago. I was losing the battle, Diabetes was winning.

“Got my blood glucose tested 334 and a1c 8.9”

Today and for the last 3 months, my average is low 90’s to 140’s.  Thanks to the Keto Diet.

Tomorrow I see my primary and I will get the official new score, but last time I saw her it was down in the 8’s.
