I GET HIGH…on Hi-Speed Blending

I picked up the “As Seen on TVNutriBullet Nutrition Extraction System. It’s the ultimate hi-speed blender that pulverizes and liquifies  fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains, candy, cheese, ice and it’s SO MUCH FUN!  I hate salad. I eat it but begrudgingly, well, I just tossed that tossed salad into the “bullet” shaped cup added some fixings and a little water and KABOOM a salad smoothie!  YUM! Humm, I wonder if I could blend pizza??

I have been looking for anything and everything to put in there… I made my own rice flour with the flat milling blade, still trying to find uses for that.  I milled flax seed, sunflower seed, and a bunch of nuts.

Still working on the right type of juices and smoothies to make.  My goal is to use this to support my over-all health and eat raw vegetables that i cannot chew any more or just don’t like to eat. Even so, there is a rush, a HIGH when I hear the hi-speed emulsifying blade liquifying a fruit or veggie mix.  I’m even happier that I don’t waste as much food, since I can repurpose something or make a soup with leftovers.

I know this thing is awesome cause I got my kids to drink a fresh vegetable smoothie with:

  • Beets
  • Broccoli
  • Celery
  • Spinach
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Carrot
  • Tomato
  • Bell pepper
  • and Cream Cheese

As for weight-loss, I’m sure you can lose weight just drinking your food. Right now, for me, it’s just for support and over-all balanced nutrition. Plus, it pulses/makes a killer Strawberry Daiquiri!
