Why is it every time I hear about some news story that involves some one with mental illness, it’s not long before I start hearing stereotypical stigma associated with the story?  I see stigma as an ugly beast crawling out form the underbelly of the streets…  The sad part is I see this all the time.  NO, I don’t see demon like creatures, it’s a metaphoric image representation of stigma…OR is it?
