How Biofeeding Can Help Depression
Over the last few weeks, I have been writing jokes in preparation for the Depression Bipolar Support Alliance conference in June held in Miami. I have been trying to write one joke a day. My mind is always looking for humor. I couldn’t help but find it in a wordplay with the article written by Kristi DeName titled: How Biofeedback Can Help Anger.
When I read “biofeedback,” immediately thought: “biofeeding“… The cartoon below: my emotional eating was the end result.
Waitress: You better make this guy a Depressed Sunday Special with triple scoops of ice cream, fudge & extra Zoloft sprinkles.

Chato’s Cartoon Notes:
Wouldn’t it be great if restaurants named their food or desserts to go along with their patrons’ moods? I know I would try a depressed Sunday special triple scoops of chocolate Ice cream smothered in hot fudge and peanut butter with a foot high of whipped cream and of course, lots of Zoloft sprinkles.
