Number 1: Depression is seriously depressing! But before we begin to fix anything, we must first make sure you’re depressed. You should watch for the “Signs Of Depression“.

Number 2: You may want to seek professional help and talk to a therapist. There are “Depression Tests” that can help your doctor determine what type of action should be taken…
Number 3: Good Mental Health — It’s More Then Just A Pill! We need to remember our physical health! I know this is hard but we need to get up and exercise! Walk, bike or swim. Just do something! It will help not only our body; it will help our mind, too.
Number 4: I suffer from SLOTH! I just don’t have the will power to care on some days. I know, I have to do something! Right now, it’s just total apathy. Although I’ve lost 35lbs, I still have a long way to go… That’s way I can relate to this cartoon.
Number 5: OK, so you want to go the medication route. Just make sure,you keep your doctor updated on your progress. It’s good to keep “good” records of our moods and any side-effects. This information can help your doctor in making changes in your “Medication Management.”
