    This guide could be very helpful to someone who can expect to go through a disaster, or someone who has recently been through a disaster. The human mind can withstand a great deal of stress in an emergency,and everything the article list can help provide relief to someone who might be panicked, including the point of accepting that they are panicked. Its nice to see that this article provides some examples of coping phrases, it could offer a basic idea of what someone could identify as a resilience, and what they could do to help those around them cope.
