Good Life with Coaching and Learning is focused on providing readers with a better understanding of the psychology of learning and teaching, learning styles and personality inventories, in relation to self-coaching and coaching others for performance optimization. For instance, Positive Psychology provides a good foundation for coaching, thus it affects how learning is experienced and should be approached.
Jennie S. Bev is an award-winning author, columnist, and social entrepreneur based in Northern California. She is a multi disciplinarian and holds a Master’s degree in Education from California State University Hayward (East Bay) and is currently pursuing a PsyD at California Southern University. Her current research topic is Positive Psychology and human performance.
She has published close to 1,000 articles and 80+ electronic books on topics: self-help, business, entrepreneurship, social issues, human rights, communications, peace and justice, and multiculturalism. Her ebook Guide to Become a Management Consultant (FabJob Publisher, Canada) was named 2003 EPPIE Award nominee for excellence in electronic publishing under non-fiction category and she was named 2009 (partial) Peace Writer by Institute for Peace and Justice University of San Diego.
She currently contributes regularly to The Jakarta Post as an opinion columnist and Kontan (in Indonesian) as a business columnist. Starting 2012, she also writes for Forbes, Fortune, Strategic Review, Esquire, Cosmopolitan, and Basis. She has taught more than 50 college classes for Western Governors University (under Abromitis management) and is currently registered in the pool of adjunct professors at Columbia College. She is also involved in human rights, minority rights, education for poor gifted children, and housing activisms.
In addition, her byline has appeared in The Jakarta Globe, Asia Sentinel, Common Ground News, Asia News Network, The Korea Times, The Brunei Times, Malaysian Insider, Media Bistro, Women’s International Perspectives, USA Rise Up, Tracy Press, Audrey, NY Parenting and the inserts to New York Daily News, Chicago Tribune, Washington Post, Kansas City Star and St. Louis Post-Dispatch, among others.
