Mission & Experience

For over 30 years I have helped hundreds of “Good Daughters” like you, find their voice and claim a life that feels good.

Now I want to help you.

“I have raised 2 daughters, practiced as a licensed psychotherapist with a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology.

I know first hand that awareness, empowering your daughter and yourself is the way to heal.

Healing must be active, affirmative, intentional and go beyond mother-blaming.

Becoming real instead of “good for someone else” is both a personal and cultural shift. It is a practice.

Why Me?

I know the “Good Daughter” syndrome inside and out. I am her. I have felt her pain, know what she is up against and I know how to help her recover.

I know she is kind and compassionate. Relationships are important to her. But she is tired, so very tired. She wants off the merry-go-round of living for everyone else.

Far too many women suffer in silence, taking care of everyone else as they lose touch with their own voice.

I have lived her life, felt her pain and made it to the other side.

As a daughter and a mother myself, I bring to you the best I have to offer so that you too can experience life on the next level. It’s time. You too can do this. “

Katherine Fabrizio, M.A., L.P.C. has treated adult daughters of narcissistic/difficult mothers, trapped in the role of the “good daughter” for over 30 years.
