    Hmm… is “slow” walking more effective than fast walking? I think just being in nature regardless of the pace is effective for reducing stress.

    This article is very enlightening on an old age remedy. Many cultures believe that nature is the best remedy for any illness. Meditation is also seen as great remedy. A slower pace lowers the heart rate and allows oxygen to flow. Thus also allows oxytocin and endorphins to be released. Theses both create the feeling of pleasure which eliminates stress.
