    Nice examples of how doing something that feels right at first, can expand into a negative force in one’s life. It’s so easy for these behaviors to get out of control…and your world becomes smaller and smaller.

    I believe we are all meant to live BIG!

    I felt bad about having GAD & panic disorder before. Now I feel like crap for what it is doing to others…theres only one solution so that I will not burden others an more

    Rhiannon,

    If you’re thinking about suicide, STOP and call 911 or your nearest hospital. Anxiety disorders are so treatable – you don’t need to end it all to make things better for you and others in your life.

    I have anxiety just got diagonsed last week. I think that too me (propabily only me) that it pushes me to become stronger! I run towards my fears (note: I still have the fears I run towards) but I still live in the fear of getting hurt ot killed or bombed every second of the day 😛 The meds that I take for aniety make me hyper and more inatentive then I already am in school though. 🙁
