    Exercise is a huge stress and anxiety reliever for me – and it definitely boosts my mood. I notice a change in my overall attitude almost instantly. It also helps me put life into perspective, if that makes sense.

    Other things that help: talking with loved ones, reading inspiring pieces of writing or watching a lighthearted TV show.

    Great point! Lack of sleep does not always have to be disasterous . . . and exercise is a great way to combat the effects! Thanks for calling our attention to this!

    hi,
    i m a 27 year old man, a sw engineer in an MNC in Gurgaon. I have been having Anxiety Disorder(this is what sm doctor told me) frm last 6 years. I have had a very-2 bitter experience of it’s treatment-totally ineffective medication proved 2 b to treat me-Mainly, d most disturbing symptom is sleep disorder. I need 2 take sleeping pills(alprax0.25) every nt or at alternate nights besides my regular medicine(which are mild n non sedatives)but dat is not suiting me. I dont get enuf n gud sleep, feel drowsy in daytime, lack vigor n enthusiasm, n feel unfresh all d tym. i do exerxise 30 min every evening in gym , yoga i just started but m not sure if it helps. please suggest something.
