    I have been doing some art therapy sessions with a therapist, which has been out of the norm with my normal sessions. But I have found myself more open to be emotional (I’ve cried at every session, which is so abnormal for me!) and open to revelations at these sessions. I have found these sessions and the exercises we’ve gone through to be very instrumental in very short period of time, for me to come through some of the things I was “stuck” on.
