Here is review of various pet ways to ease stress.

Over the last six months, Sparky and other prominent members of the pet community  offered simple tips on easing stress with a woof of humor, a bark of insight and a paw shake of fun. Highlighted here are favorite blog posts.

In the first blog post, Sparky offered “common senses” tips for easing stress from a pet’s perspective.

 

Penelope shared her Sneaky maneuvers for overcoming “white coat stress” or stress induced by a visit to the dreaded vet.

 

A Panda named Qingsong offered his tips on easing work stress.

 

Ron Tickles suggested ideas on using humor to ease stress.

A stressed-out kitty wrote a blog post on how to stop procrastinating.

An pet owner with bipolar disorder described how his dog, Muffy comforted him through a bipolar episode.

A favorite post was on using power animals to stand up to verbal abuse.

 

Polly offered ideas on easing a narcissist’s stress – to reduce your stress on coping with a narcissist.

My personal favorite is Sneaker’s tips for Easing Job-Search Stress, which includes links to prominent job-search websites.

 

Ease Holiday Stress had a fun introduction.

Twas the day of Black Friday when all through the store, not a person was smiling from ceiling to floor. The bargains were hung on the fixtures with care, in hopes that frayed shoppers soon would buy there.

 

A cardinal, often believed as a sign of a deceased loved-one’s presence was a popular post about grief at the holiday season.

 

The blog post with the most hits addressed catfishing.

 

As you can see, there are many ways that pets can help all of us to ease the daily stress in our lives.  Thank you for reading.
