    I completely agree that for people with depression, anxiety disorders and eating disorders, helping clients find the language for their strengths is important. I believe individuals of all paths who can claim their strengths benefit. Those people who are coached on maximizing their strengths are more engaged.
    Having taken the VIA and Clifton StrengthsFinders, I believe that the later feels less judgemental. Although StrengthsFinder is used primarily within work settings, as a coach, I see it as applicable in all relationships.
