Like this. says one or more . I’m living or dealing with all.. I’ve known the source of my depression an anxiety for a while now. This confirms it. Getting away from this is so very hard after decade’s of it. Wasted a long time trying to change it. Till I came to the realization the only thing i can change is my self. It’s like dismantling your whole live in the hopes of building the one you want. It will be 2 1/2 years this April since i (really) decided to change. Emotional exhaustion has slowed me down a lot. I have faith ill get there. Never give up.

Definitely never give up! Take this time to design a life of your choosing, knowing what you do want is just as important as knowing what you don’t want. I applaud you on your determination and wish you the best with your endeavor.

Yes! This! I thought I needed all kinds of meds because the narcissist in my life kept telling me such negative things about myself. I’ve been free for several weeks now and I cannot believe how peaceful I feel. And also more like me: I can concentrate, make decisions, sleep through the night, etc.

Sometimes you just need to clean house!
