    Good article. I refer to myself as crazy. Not as bad as insane (psychotic). I am crazy. Suicide attempts. Depression, Mania, etc. It’s ok for
    others to call me crazy. Everybody has their own pet words or terms they prefer. If you call me a whack job I’ll punch you. Or his elevator doesn’t stop, lunatic, etc.
    I think it’s healthy for a Bi Polar person to call oneself one of these terms. Lighten the load, loosen up. Own up!
