    This is so simple to do, and so relaxing. Well, simple in theory, anyway. I still have a hard time turning off my thoughts and just focusing on my breathing. I’ve gotten better at it though, so I know I’ll eventually get the hang of it.

    I found focus on breathing only still cannot dissolve my anxiety. So I add focus on my body presence while breathing. This help me to reduce anxiety.
