“Too often we look for others to solve our problems” so true and for those who do ~ they may wait and wait and wait…….. When we take inspired action we are taking responsibility and ultimately personal empowerment.

The list of problems and difficulties experienced by an Individual is well covered here however the title suggests that there would be some useful hints if not suggestions in the text, unfortunately there is nothing that is not covered by a friend saying try to get a grip on yourself, just calm down and try to find something positive to do.

The article is of no value to a person trying to find a solution to what at the time of an anxiety attack is a life debilitating experience, it would cause frustration and no help at all it should be removed, or completed to include items that may help a person in need of assistance such as help lines i.e. someone to talk to, a list of known help activities, hints and tips by persons who have used them to help themselves through an attack.
