Cultivating non-judgmental thinking is taught in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Groups as a part of the Mindfulness Training.  Mindfulness teaches individuals to observe and describe their own behavior, which is necessary when any new behavior is being learned,

    YOU HAVE GIVEN HALF KNOWLEDGE OR LESS EXAMPLES.YOU TOUCH SUBJECT NICELY BUT LESS
    EXAMPLES,HOW PRACTICALLY IT IS POSSIBLE
    OR CAN WE DEVELOP IT EASILY.NO EXAMPLES
    PREFERNCES OR JUDGEMENTAL HOW TO IDENTIFY IT, EASY EXAMPLES, HOW CAN WE HABITUATE IT.MANY THINGS ARE MISSING,give hope encourgement so every body can do it.easily.
