    Isn’t it better sometimes to remove yourself from the unpleasant situation or environment that is constantly putting you down? I think that staying in such an environment is not healthy

    I have a persistent painful thought that I find myself eating sweets over. I don’t even have to think about the original thought. I know what it is, but I just jump into junk food eating. Will letting go of the thought, make a dent in my eating?
