    I don’t understand why NONE, I mean NOT ONE of these blogs, or any of my therapists talk about NOW. Not some vague someday…this day. this minute, NOW! If you’re afraid, it canNOT be about what you are walking into at THIS moment, it MUST be about something that probablly won’t happen some far away some day. Don’t they realize that I’m not having some theoretical discussion, I’m not paying for it, I’m not asking for help with it and I’m not particularly in this for the mental gymnastics Olympics?

      Being in the present is one of the skills taught in DBT. Maybe it’s what you were looking for after all?
