    What about buttermilk? Is that considered “fermented” or non-fermented? My grandmother always swore by having a glass of buttermilk before bedtime and I love the stuff.

    Great post. I just happened to come across this article as I was browsing Psych Central. I never knew that eating yogurt could help with anxiety. ;o) I also love the purpose of your blog. (I am starting one this week, as well.)
