    Great article. I agree with all your points. I’ve been tracking my happiness for over 5 months now and notice it every day. Tracking happiness, being grateful, sharing kindness are all great methods.

      Hi Hugo – Tracking one’s happiness and what brought it about is indeed a powerful tool. For many years, I’ve been making a daily list of ten things for which I’m grateful. It’s helpful and sometimes surprising what shows up on that list.

        That’s amazing. What I find is that it’s usually the small stuff that I’m grateful for (and makes me happy). Things like going for a walk in the woods, a coffee on a Sunday morning or finishing a nice puzzle. 🙂
