    I’m in DBT class and it’s very challenging. I’m prepping myself for the therapy I need to deal with some serious stuff.

      Great, Renee, that you’re taking DBT class, and that you’re considering therapy as well. DBT can be very helpful, in both an individual and group setting, even for serious issues, as you mentioned.
