Creativity is often expressed through the arts, it’s true. And being a highly sensitive, shy, introvert, I have decades of experience exploring those rich arenas. Having developed my extrovert side for training, teaching and coaching, I can now see how extroverts can express creativity in their interactions with others. Those creative acts are fleeting but no less enriching to our species and our world.

Thanks for a thoughtful, provocative article.

This is fabulous and so on target! I empower young people by arming them with deeper understandings of human nature– especially theirs. This is SO up my alley and I will pin, tweet, share etc! Thank you so much for the great article!
btw for the record? I come off as an extrovert but as a gifted artistic, am way to sensitive to be that at all. I LOVE my quiet time and fizzle out easily in the big complicated world. I love how we are now sharing more information and accepting all types of personalities as wonderful to be!
