    My daughter in law has Bi-Polar depression and crochet has saved her. She crochets all the time and it helps her to get away from the depression. She does beautiful work, and she is very fast at it.

    I agree that crochet helps Release stress – it also helps me concentrate better during very stressful meetings. I haven’t been able to crochet for most of this year due to n injury and I am taking strain. But back to doing a couple of rows a day and I can feel the stress fading.
