Coping With Depression: The End

Ladies and gentlemen and boys and girls, this will be my last article for this blog.  I have enjoyed writing for you guys.  In this article, let me share a few tips on Depression with you all.

Do Not Let Depression Control You; You Control The Pace Of Your Life

On a first note, do not let your depression control you.  You control the pace of your life.  You are in control of your life.  Life your life.  Be in control.  Be brave.  You can do it.  Reach for the stars.  Go after your goals.  Do not let your depression control you.  You control it.

A Label Does Not Define You

You should not let your depression control you; you control the pace of your life.  You also need to realize that the label of depression does not define you.  Absolutely not!  You define it.  You are your own unique person.  You have many strong qualities going for you.  Be aware of these strong qualities.  You may have a job that defines you.  You may have friends and family that are a big part of your life.  These are all important aspects of your life.  Recognize this.  Realize this.  Be brave.  Reach for your goals.  Have confidence in yourself.  You will not fail.

Do Not Let Others Tell You What To Do

In addition to not letting depression control you and not controlling the pace of your life and a label not defining you, do not let others tell you what to do.  Whether or not you have depression, do not let others tell you what to do.  You control the pace of your life.  You are in control of your life.  Believe it.  Worship it.  You control the pace of your life.  It does not matter what other people say about you.

Conclusion

To end this blog, I hope you all have enjoyed my articles on depression.  I hope you all have gained thorough knowledge about the concept of mood disorders and depression and bipolar disorder.  I enjoyed writing for you all.  My next blog will be on Psychosis and Schizophrenia.  I look forward to showing you my ideas about Schizophrenia and Psychosis.  I’ve said this before, and I will say this again.  Depression, Bipolar Disorder, etc., does not define you as a person.  You define yourself.  Be brave.  Go in the direction of your goals.  You can do it.
