When you deprive yourself of the proper amount of sleep, your body becomes deprived of energy. In return, this leads to mood swings. Instead, make sure to get the proper amount of sleep. Have a set time for going to bed and waking up in the morning. You will feel better about yourself, and your mood will improve too.
