I have been successful (most of the time) at managing my chronic illnesses by integrating 3 principles into my life:
- Manage symptoms
- Positive attitude
In so doing chronic illness does not control my life, I am in control of my life.
The focus of my blog is to provide readers with examples of how they can implement the above principles into their own lives. To accomplish this, I will share how I navigate my busy life and how I deal with challenges. I plan to write about family, friends, work, volunteering, pets, home and a host of other topics that readers will find relatable.
I will provide information about chronic illness, offer tips on the 3 principles and inspire readers to live the best life that they can. Humor is essential.
