    Nice…Once you’ve replaced the fear habit with the calm habit its like wearing a different pair of specs…
    Can be hard work at first, because the demons can be stubborn to shift, and there will be some relapses because no one can create a completely air tight system…
    I did an accidental silly recently by reading an obit which accidentally kicked off a subliminal reference to the NDE I’d been subjected to when I was a kid…
    Took a day to lose the “crawls” as I call my anxiety symptoms, which give me a tingly edginess in my body and then see the rational connection.
    Now teaching my inner kid “detachment” by reading more of them, so that I/ we can admire these people without them creepy crawlies…
