“Depression & Anxiety Life Hacks #2: Everyday Maintenance” is a short video made by a film production team of people with lived experience of mental health issues (or as they refer to them, “brainweasels”) sharing an abundance of tips to make life easier and healthier while working toward recovery.

Not about coping in crisis, these 70+ tips are meant to improve quality of life day to day in ordinary circumstances.

While video host Anne shares many life-changing tips, she stresses that it’s not about changing everything and suggests only trying one tip and if it doesn’t help then try another. Don’t be overwhelmed. The video is about providing options and being realistic about what works for you.
