Body Scan Mindfulness Meditation

The gentle voice of Florence Meleo-Meyer of the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center leads viewers through a 40 minute guided mindfulness meditation body scan session, followed by an additional 20 minutes of peaceful nature video for individual practice.

Mindfulness meditation is shown to have benefits for anxiety and is helpful for coping with stress. This excellent professional video helps newcomers learn the practice as well as leading experienced people on a fresh experience.
