    Great Post, Alicia,

We spend the last hour of our day, together, watching old Murphy Brown and Jerry Seinfeld reruns. I knit and don’t mind losing a stitch because I’m having so much fun.

We laugh out loud. Belly laughs. Laughter is like an analgesic. You can’t feel pain or stress when your laughing from head to toe.

When we go to bed, we’re exhausted with joy. And you know what? Our little library/screening room is our dogs’ favourite room in the house.

Laughter seems to be contagious, even for them. Am I crazy? Of course.

Wonderful advice and it’s easy, inexpensive, accessible and healthy for your head, heart, body, soul and spirit.

Thank you for validating us and our habit.

@ Sandy – I *love* that exhausted with joy feeling! I know exactly what you’re talking about 🙂
