    Hi Tamara,
I am DEFINITELY feeling tired of this quarantine stuff despite the fact that when I am depressed or having severe anxiety, I tend to isolate anyway. But I am finding that there is a difference between isolating because you choose to (more or less) and isolating because you are facing a true threat from something beyond your control! It is scary!
It’s hard to believe that just mere months ago, we’d never heard of this virus — and now, if someone HASN’T heard about it, well, I’d wonder just WHERE they came from, LOL. It’s hard also to read about equipment shortages, people from all walks of life being stricken with this and some who lose their lives. I wish the Lord would tell us when this will go away but I know that is where faith comes in.
My family is dealing with this as best as they can–along with their usual bursts of chaos lol. I offer support by phone when I can but several times I’ve had to remind myself that it’s okay to set a boundary and not answer multiple phone calls a day or to limit certain topics or time spent. Not always easy for sure.
    Praying you are well!

I share your sentiments exactly Lori. No one will be out this and all of a sudden it’s on the front page of every article, magazine, or television screen that you can think of. We are all bombarded with it 24/7, from the moment we wake up to the moment we go to bed. That’s why I often encourage my clients to continue to focus on their goals and keep the future in front of them. You can really lose sight of it all with all of this and the emotional and psychological pressure as well as Financial pressure can’t really break you.

So I am definitely praying that you and your family will get through this. I’m praying that we all get through this as humans because it’s unlike anything we’ve ever experienced before.

      Take care and stay safe
