    I try to change my thought or whatever picture i have going on in my mind. I also look for evidence and then when I realize there is none then I say well no need to worry.I just try to worry about what is right in front of me. I am still struggling but I will get better. Thanks or the article.

      Thanks for sharing what works for you! It sounds like it is really effective. And you’re right, sometimes we still struggle, but all we can do is acknowledge that we’re struggling and keep putting one foot in front of the other.
