The Fragility Of Life

I write this as a friend suffers in the hospital from a stroke- we didn't see this one coming!

So much of what we believe to be rock solid in life is in fact fragile. Our health, our jobs, our homes, even life itself could be gone in a flash as if it never was. Look at the recent events of hurricanes, mass shootings and wild fires. I doubt anybody foresaw those things happening in their lives...

There are some things that are universal. Whether you have ADHD or not, very few people like being sick.

I'll admit that there have been times when I've been under the weather and felt like I appreciated the excuse to take a break, but I've never really enjoyed being ill.
