Mindfulness is trending. Google is blazing the corporate trail by offering “mindful lunches” and an in-house program called “Search Inside Yourself.” Celebrities and corporate leaders, including Oprah Winfrey and Arianna Huffington, regularly espouse the benefits of this discipline.
