When I was first diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder and Bipolar disorder, my psychiatrist recommended Wayne Dyer’s book, Your Erroneous Zones. It listed the distorted thought process we can have. If I remember right, there were at least ten. I had a problem with every single one. I have had a lot of work to do. When I am in a Bipolar episode everything that I have studied and worked on goes out the window. When I pull out I can recognize the irrational thinking. It gets frustrating but I continue to try. Thanks for sharing.
