Thanks Larae! This is so close to home for me…binge-eating and bipolar disorder! I’m living with B.E.D but my doctor will only verbally diagnosis. Mainly due to the fact that i see med managers and they don’t diagnosis – just fill meds. Also he did not want to add to my long list of labels…BP,PTSD,AX,SH,lol

I maxed out my weight at 405 lbs. back around October 2014. I now down to 378. 🙂 my BED is better controlled, but there are days when a even a whole cow would not fill me up.

Thanks again I’m going to link to this in my next post.

The last few posts really hit home for me, but this post absolutely nailed what I’ve been feeling. Just knowing that I’m not alone in my struggles has helped me tremendously. I have been putting off seeking treatment due to other health issues, but I am encouraged to tackle this as well. It may just help my body heal!

Thanks for your honesty LaRae – we could use a lot more of it in our lives…..

Thank you for the post. I had no idea BED was even a thing, much less that it could go along with the BPD. I am a diabetic that already has a problem with being constantly hungry, this is that much more I need to be aware of when I stuff my face at night!!

Thank you so much each and everyone of you. My son has bipolar….not sure what type…he gets hyper and psychosis when he’s having an episode. He’s gained 18 inches to his waistline in 18 mnths. He’s is a binge eater….I didn’t realise until now. Love and strength to you all.
