    Please look into SAMSAs booklets which evolved into the WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) program by Mary Ellen Copeland. Of course, you can look into the WRAP website itself. There are several workbooks that help you through the steps.
    I believe DBSA has something similar.
    Basically, the first two steps are having a daily plan and then another ‘toolbox’ to help you when you slide off the track. The rest is about what sets you off into the mood and also what you need to do to get out of it. There is also a crisis plan that is basically a Mental Health Directive.
    It is to be an ever revolving work.

    I took the class through NAMI years ago. Very exciting.
