    Hey, I totally understand the challenges in living with bipolar depression and fibromyalgia. I must exercise some for both my mental health and fibro baptisms in. Its much worse, both of them, when I don’t. So selecting exercises that don’t inflame the fibro is key…so I walk on an inclined treadmill and do sitting weight routines. They are certainly linked like you described. Also, finding a good sleep regimens is key too.

    Although I’m sorry you suffer, it’s comforting to know I’m not alone. As if Bipolar Disorder wasn’t challenging enough, I also suffer from Fibromyalgia and arthritis. The pain is overwhelming and sometimes I feel like I can’t handle another day. But I press on and I know God is with me. Thanks for your article.
