    You are so lucky to have had your best friend in your life for such a long time. Sadly, not everyone will have this support. She is a lovely, good person.

    Wish I had a friend, I am all alone…bipolar isolation and stigma of mental illness in small town. Can’t find help…sad. Searching for understanding and guidance…
