    My partner is bi-polar with FM as well (also ptsd and on the spectrum). It’s not just when he’s depressed but also when he’s manic that he doesn’t bathe. Sometimes he’s just too busy and forgets. I have been known to put him in the bath and wash him myself when he’s been very ill, but when it’s just a manic phase I can put “shower” on his to-do list in the shed and it gets done.
