    You might be surprised. My children did this as well, but after they were safely across the adult/child chasm, when they knew there was no longer any chance that they would be mistaken for children, they began to recall those very things that I was afraid had been lost forever. Hang in there – it may be a while. My children are now 33 and 27, but they remember most everything.
