The One Thing That Is Holding You Back, And One Thing You Should Do Each Day

I think everyone has a limit on what they are comfortable doing and when they feel out of their element.

Even that “adrenaline junky” who thrives on taking big risks probably has some area of life where they hold back and don’t push themselves to the edge.

In my experience fear is one of the major factors that get in the way of people transforming their life.

When it comes down to it, the way to transform our lives is by pushing past fear and doing what we’re afraid to try.

This isn’t about being fearlessness. It’s about feeling the fear and doing it anyway.

It’s about courage!

Many people assume that one day they will get to a point where they aren’t supposed to be fearful or anxious anymore.

We hold onto the illusion that all of sudden problems will disappear, challenges will cease to exist, and we can live in perpetual comfort and safety.

But unfortunately life has ups and downs. We will be challenged and required to push past our comfort zone at some point.

This is where courage comes in.

Part of growing and developing as a person is to keep expanding your comfort zone.

Our comfort zone is meant to grow and expand. 

I have started doing things in my life that I never would’ve imagined doing years ago.

But because I keep stretching my limits, what used to be scary is now something I feel confident about.

Possibilities begin to expand beyond your wildest dreams when you learn to push yourself to your edge and enjoy the view.

Most people are never really willing to go to their limits. They hold back and stay comfortably numb.

I’m not saying you should do anything crazy or completely out of the ordinary, unless this is where your current limits take you.

We are all different, and for many people taking small progressive steps can have a huge impact over time.

The point is, if you want to transform your life you have to do things differently.

You have to do those things you know you need to do but keep avoiding because they are uncomfortable.

Do something that makes you uncomfortable today!

This is how you will learn that you can push through your doubts and fears.

This is how you can grow far beyond your current level.

Are you willing to accept the challenge?

What one thing will you do in the next few days to get you out of your comfort zone?
