    That’s where I have put so much of my “stuff”, on a shelf in my brain. Some of it I have packed into boxes. I’m glad you have a therapist to help you with your packing so that the boxes don’t get to heavy and cause the shelves to collapse.
    One day at a time. Breathe.

    Wonderful advice – to put it on a shelf. Some problems we must break down into small doable pieces. I wish you the best as you navigate this painful transition.
