Live for today

This blog post is inspired by a recent comment I received. The question was posed – how do we continue to keep on going when we know that inevitably we will fall victim to our episodes?

    Hi Elaina,
Congratulations! You’ve taken a giant step up and out! It took me 16 years + to get to where you are now on it. I say this obviously without knowing you or your story.

As we speak, am writting a paper on Bipolar Affective Disorders Management. I’m up to 6.000 words and growing, so it might take some time to publish it yet. I invite you to visit mye site on: there is some information on mental health and rugby there(I used to play. This site needs a refresh it is a bit outdated but the info is factual and do not have the money for an upgrade just yet. Should you wish to correspond, my email is: All the very best in your recovery. With kindest regards, Enrique

Thank You so much Elaine. I am Bipolar and I have been in this battle ever since I was in third grade. Your comment is the truth. ALL anyone can do who is bipolar is to take life one day at a time.

Thanks Elaine! This is just what I needed to hear because I get overwhelmed by my future with bipolar. I slip into denial and not dealing with it and that has not worked. Living One Day at a Time with being bipolar would be more helpful in accepting and dealing with it. Thanks!
